Free calculators for AI and data work

Every calculator on Tecyfy in one place. Each works in your browser with no sign-up, shows how it reached its answer, and names the pages its figures come from.

AI models and prices

Prices come from each maker's own price page and are read again every week. Put in your own job and see what it costs on every current model, which model is good enough for it, and how the bill changes with caching, batch prices and the length of the answers.

Questions

Are these calculators free?
Yes. Every calculator on Tecyfy is free, needs no account and runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Where do the figures come from?
Model prices come from each maker's own price page, read every week, and capability scores from Epoch AI's Capabilities Index. The Spark calculator uses Spark's documented defaults and the tuning guides of Apache Spark, Cloudera and Databricks. The Databricks and Snowflake cost calculators use each company's own price data, read every week. Each page lists its sources at the end.
Can I put a calculator on my own site?
Yes. Each calculator's page ends with code to copy into your own page: a frame that opens the calculator with the settings you chose, in light, dark or the reader's own theme, and a link to its page. It is free, and the frame shows the same figures as Tecyfy, so it stays up to date.
Which calculator should I start with?
To know what an AI feature will cost, start with the LLM cost calculator. To choose a model, use Which model for my job. To size a Spark cluster or set spark.sql.shuffle.partitions, use the Spark sizing calculator, then the Databricks or Snowflake cost calculator to see what it costs a month.
